Tracking really does work.

I dropped 3.4 pounds this week.

WOOT.

I tracked EVERYTHING that I ate. I went over my points, but I tracked up until last night. I usually stop tracking Sunday and then try to remember my points on my head for the next two days. That never works right because I always tend to forget coffee creamer or olive oil. That stuff adds up.

Weight Watchers' e-Tools allows me to enter all of my food online. You can add foods to your "favorites" list and it remembers them. It keeps tracks of activity points and your extra 35 points. It's pretty much idiot-proof.

We upped our mileage this week, which we'll do once a month until Goofy. We want to wake up early on a Saturday AND a Sunday once a month to get our bodies used to running two days in a row. Our next one will be in August, hopefully around a time when we do more than 10 miles on Saturday. My legs felt good and so did my body. Come Monday, though, I was ravenous. I ate good -- lots of grains and veggies to fill me up -- so I didn't splurge on bad stuff. But all of the running really made me hungry!

We went to a BBQ at Kathy and Nancy's on Saturday where I had five or six Coronas and really, really good pork. And I STILL lost because I tracked.

Yay for tracking!
