I'm not sure why, but I have had NO PAIN in my right heel for two days now.
YAY!!!
Again ... not sure why, but I'm not harping on it. I've been stretching and "rolling" my foot and heel for almost a week now, and I've switched from wearing my slippers to wearing my Birkenstocks at home on the tile floor. I really, REALLY think that's been helping the most.
I'm going to run tonight. (You can't stop me!!!) I'm taking ice along with me so I can immediately ice my heel afterward.
Let's hope I've nipped this in the bud!!!
