I lost 3 pounds last week (May 12). Woot! But being super strict on yourself will do that.
This week, however, I'm not feeling it.
Does this happen to you: Some weeks on WW you're all gung-ho. Then, on other weeks, you're like ... uh NO. I just don't FEEEEEEEEEL like it. Mommy!!
It was kind of a combination of both scenarios this week. The first half was great, and then Sunday came. Boy, oh boy, can I eat myself some pasta on Sundays.
Weigh in is Wednesday, so let's hope for the best.
And I can't skip like I do when I think I'll gain because my leader, Judi, wants me to speak at the meeting. It's, like, celebration week or something, and she asked me two weeks ago if I'd tell my story. It should be fairly harmless since I like talking about myself. LOL
I'm still a no-go with weight training. Yeah. Go ahead. Yell at me. It still won't make me do it!!!
