Well, I guess I had a little bit to do with it, too.
I lost 1.6 pounds this week, and now I'm the lightest I've been since starting Weight Watchers on Feb. 16, 2005. My lowest weight was 202 around, oh ... June 2006. Now I weight 201.6. (I still can't believe I'm telling you guys how much I weigh.)
The big milestone -- 199 -- is a mere 1.7 pounds away. That could be next week, my friends. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ran for the first time in a week last night. It was tough. I'm still sick, but I had to get back out there if only for sanity's sake. It was difficult to breathe -- and the weather was surprisingly nice -- and my legs hurt! I can't believe that only after a week that my legs were the body part to hurt the most. Odd.
Galloway starts up again in three weeks. I can't believe it, really. That's when our "official" training starts for whatever marathon we choose to run this season. Right now, our goal race for Galloway is the 26.2 with Donna in Jacksonville in mid-February; however, my training partners and I hope to run Goofy, which is the half marathon AND the full marathon at Disney in early January. I'm not sure how I'm going to pay for it, but that's the race I plan on running. Obviously, we'll run it for fun and to push our bodies as far as they can go. We can't run this one for time. (I cannot believe I just wrote that I will run Goofy.)
So. Yeah. I'm less than 2 pounds away from being under 200 pounds. That pretty much RULES!!!
