: whistles :

So, I skipped weigh in today.

I know, I know. Wah. Wah. Blah. Blah.

I just couldn't stand to get on that scale and see a big, fat GAIN. (And I know I would've gained because my scale at home is 3 pounds heavier than the WW scale, and well, my home scale was 2 pounds up from last week.)

That Bowflex that is so nicely decorating my sun room needs to be dusted off and used. I know adding weights to my already-high cardiovascular workouts will only benefit me and also will force me to drop more pounds faster. But weights are just SOOOOOOOOO boring. Ugh. But ... I HAVE TO DO IT.

Tonight, after dinner, I'm going to Linn to work out with me. She loves weights and she'll motivate me to get up and do it. I'll start off slow and build up since my upper body is going to HATE me in the morning.

It has to be done.
