OH. SO. CLOSE.

Man, this is getting tough.

I lose. I gain. I gain. I lose. I lose. I lose. I gain.

That's pretty much what's been going on for the past few months.

My two marathons are over and I'm not running nearly as much as I was. I'm still running -- between 15 and 20 miles a week -- but only a few months ago I was running between 30 and 40 miles a week.

And that matters.

I've been on Weight Watchers since 2005. Well, I was hard core for two years and then I wasn't for about a year and a half. Now, I've been hard core since December 2008. The first time around I lost 85 pounds. The second time around I've lost 35. (I gained back almost 40 pounds from the first time around.) I'm only 4 pounds away from my lowest WW weight ever and only 6 pounds away from 199. I cannot tell you the last time I saw a "one" as the first number on the scale.

There. I said it.

I need to mix it up. Something's got to jump start my weight loss again.

Weights? More protein? More water? I'll take any advice you have.

In the meantime, follow my progress here. This blog has been transformed three times since I began it in 2007. Now, it's my turn for transformation.
